Rental Criteria (Quick View)

We welcome all qualified applicants and follow fair housing laws. Here’s what we generally look for:

• Income: 3x monthly rent

• Screening: Credit, background, and eviction check ($55 fee paid by applicant)

• ID: Valid photo ID required

• Pets: Not allowed unless approved with a deposit

• Section 8/HUD: Welcome if voucher covers full rent (proof required prior to rental acceptance)

• Move-in Ready: Security deposit due prior to keys being released
